Our Story
Kaz Bake is founded by myself Karen aka Kaz, ever since I can remember I have been baking. I love turning a few ingredients into something delicious, and then seeing a persons face light up as they take a bite. Food can take us back to a place, that we may have forgotten, or a memory we like to revisit, or can delight us with a new experience. The humble choc chip cookie, or also known in my family as the Kiwi Crisp, exudes fond family memories for me. I yearn to bring that home baked taste and joy to people.
It has been a long held dream for me to have my own hospitality business, originally studying hospitality management and cookery. I moved away from the industry, into Finance and have now come back to my baking roots.
I am delighted to realise my dream in creating Kaz Bake.

We can bake for birthdays, kids parties, weddings, gifts for friends, family or clients, whenever the occasion calls for a sweet treat.
Home and my family are my compass in life, the pic above is of my husband and I on my childhood home beach in NZ.
Wahroonga (meaning our home) has been my home for awhile, so it is fitting I am running a business from my home and providing to yours.
