​Kaz Bake Rich Fruit Cake
This is our ultimate family favourite.  My Dad and I make these cakes every year 🙂 
Kaz Bake fruit cakes are made with love, slow baked and once cooked, fed with a tipple of brandy - resulting in a rich "full of fruit" cake.  As I like to give the fruit cakes lots of love, (and brandy 😉) time to mature, there is a minimum of two weeks from order until the cake will be ready for consumption.  Note:  Icing sugar for effect, your uniced fruit cake will not have icing sugar on it.
The cake can be un-iced or iced with Kaz Bake Marzipan and white fondant.
